Let’s explore the current stage of our ECAT eCommerce and Aderlo business project. What exactly are we doing, and what actions are we taking to improve our solutions and the entire system? We are working towards achieving the goals we have long discussed and announced. Recall that we aim for 10,000 actively operating online stores in each country we enter within 5 years from market entry.
Our goal is to capture about 5% of all eCommerce flows in each of these markets. Those aware of these numbers know what we aim to achieve. To accomplish this, solid software, a good system, great infrastructure, and readiness to pursue these ambitious goals through joint efforts are needed.

New features in Manager 3.0.
First, we work on the developer version.
For those unfamiliar with the terminology, an explanation of what a developer version is may be helpful. A developer version, also known as the “developer version” or “dev version,” is an early release of a product or software intended primarily for developers. These versions are mainly used for testing – to find and fix bugs, improving the performance and stability of the software. Additionally, developer versions allow for the development of functionalities, contributing to product enhancement. They are also used to evaluate software performance in interaction with various modules and to test integration and cooperation between different system components.
How does product card work currently?
Working on the product card with Manager 3.0, the user can efficiently manage large quantities of products in real-time. The process starts with loading the product list, where 25 products can be worked on one screen, and then up to 1,000 products can be opened and managed simultaneously.
After loading such a card, the user can select all products with one click, facilitating mass editing or uploading them to various sales platforms like Allegro or their online store. Thanks to the tab-switching functionality, even up to 20,000 products can be managed easily, showcasing the system’s powerful database and advanced capabilities. The entire process is intuitive and allows for rapid actions, which are crucial in the dynamic world of eCommerce.
Our ElasticSearch system and loading speed.
In the developer version, we launched ElasticSearch in our system, which is a true “Ferrari” among search tools. In this version, we can perform the same operations as in the production version, but much faster – it’s a real speed express. Once everything works as expected, we will transfer these improvements to the working version. This allows us to process and manage large amounts of information quickly, which is crucial for effective product management in a dynamic eCommerce environment.
For example, in the current developer version, the product manager can load, view, and manipulate a thousand products almost instantaneously. This not only enables quick data management but also allows for dynamic changes and testing of various solutions in real-time. Such capabilities are invaluable when rapid response to market changes or customer needs is required.
What is ElasticSearch?
Elasticsearch is an advanced system that enables us to search entire databases in real-time using various filters, quickly delivering the information we are interested in. We already have powerful product databases, and we plan to expand them further to work with even larger amounts of data. Therefore, we built our version of Elasticsearch, which is currently 95% complete. This system will be used in the Aderlo project, supporting the management and analysis of large data sets.
New product management card in Manager 3.0
AI Implementation: We are working on a new look and functionality of the product management card in Manager 3.0. We have prepared elements related to AI, helpful in working on specific products, where we can influence the quality of the title, product description, and anyone can do this directly, affecting the description and appearance of the product. They can choose whether the changes apply to a specific store or are global changes. Physically, the entire product database can be managed from one place.
Price details card: Now everyone will know what the price consists of and how much they can potentially earn on a given product. This card contains detailed calculations for each product individually, such as markup, taxes, etc.
Influencing product attributes: It will be possible to influence various product parameters, we will be able to affect how this product looks and presents itself. As sellers, we will be able to create a unique offer for this product.
Creating product sets: We also plan to introduce the ability to combine products soon. This will again increase the possibilities and quality of product sales offered in our ECAT eCommerce system. More about the product card can be found in the article. New product catalog.
Update for stock downloading.
We have also updated Manager 3.0, which allows us to download the current stock levels of products and send this information to all our stores, including Allegro accounts. Thanks to this function, we can update the stock level of a product that has just been ordered by a customer, even if the order has not yet been fulfilled, i.e., the information has not yet reached the warehouse, and the warehouse has not yet updated the XML file. Thanks to our integration, we can independently update stock levels and stay ahead of warehouse actions, even if the order has not yet been formally placed in the warehouse.
Safe Shopping Zone
We have rebuilt the Safe Shopping Zone to integrate it with Aderlo and prepare it for connection with other marketplaces and store platforms that will be included in our system. We have created an intermediary system between the Safe Shopping Zone and WordPress sites connected to Manager 3.0, using a plugin that integrates WordPress-based stores with this manager. SBZ allows customers to have one account for handling purchases in multiple places within the ECAT eCommerce system. This is crucial for simplifying the shopping process and enabling cashback collection during transactions.
Integrating the new Safe Shopping Zone (SBZ) with platforms like WordPress is a key step that will significantly simplify transaction management for online stores. Thanks to the new approach to SBZ, enabling more direct and simplified shopping processes, the user experience will improve significantly. The entire shopping process will become more intuitive and less time-consuming, contributing to better customer satisfaction.
Benefits of the new safe shopping zone:
Seamless integration with WordPress: The new plugin and updated safe shopping zone will be easier to integrate with existing stores, reducing technical barriers for store owners.
OneCard Checkout: The checkout process has been simplified to one stage, eliminating the need to go through multiple steps, increasing the likelihood of purchase completion by the customer.
Configuration options: The free and premium versions of the WordPress plugin allow stores to choose whether they want SBZ as a separate page or a fully integrated cart visually consistent with the rest of the site.
New plugin to connect WordPress with Manager.
SBZ is already active, allowing us to complete work on the plugin connecting manager 3.0 with store software based on WordPress. Moreover, we are also launching a plugin for stores using Magento software. This is important for operators who run their online business, own store on WordPress or Magento platforms.
Aderlo Marketplace
A key factor in our actions is the awareness that the best-selling stores are often based on Magento. This store engine is excellently designed, enabling high SEO ranking. These and other advantages led us to build our own Aderlo Marketplace on the Magento platform. Currently, it is the best store platform on which we have successfully created our professional Marketplace.
It is also about optimization, as Magento can handle up to 50,000 products. In the case of stores that require a larger number of products, sub-services are often used. For example, the Magento system divides and manages products in groups of 10,000, maintaining them within a uniform visual theme. This way, stores can effectively manage larger data sets while maintaining consistency and clarity of the offer.

Scalability: Magento handles large volumes of products and transactions excellently, which is crucial for stores generating significant turnover, such as those achieving turnovers of billions of dollars annually.
SEO Optimization: Magento offers advanced SEO tools that help effectively position products and categories in search engines, crucial for achieving online visibility.
Flexibility and customization: The platform allows deep customization and adaptation to the specific needs of stores, enabling the creation of unique, niche-specific e-commerce solutions.
Support for sub-services: As noted, Magento allows easy management of multiple subdomains or sub-services under one account, enabling efficient management of product categories or regional versions of the store.
Currently, we are uploading 100,000 products to Aderlo, and our Aderlo will launch any day now. We have rewritten a large part of Magento’s code to Java to enable the construction of a Marketplace with an unlimited number of products. Our direction of action is based on analyses, checking ratings, rankings, and observing large brands that sell their products, basing their store on the Magento engine.

Aderlo Cashback Coin
CASHBACK – a phenomenal loyalty program for your online stores. Most people wonder what CASHBACK is and how it works. This system allows customers to return to our store or company, encouraging them to make further purchases.
In Manager 3.0, after logging in and going to the Aderlo Cashback tab, you can see how this loyalty program mechanism works. Every purchase, regardless of whether it is made in any store, marketplace, or sales platform, generates turnover and at the same time a return for the customer in the form of 1% cashback. This one percent, these points, are automatically converted into ACC utility tokens upon customer package receipt, through a purchase on the PancakeSwap exchange.
This process generates traffic on the exchange, increasing the value of the ACC token, which can be observed on the chart. Of course, some investors, especially the more skeptical ones, sell their tokens, but it does not change the fact that the token value starts to rise again due to purchases made by customers and subsequent cashback realizations.
