Each of us who has invested in the Aderlo Cashback Coin (ACC) token is wondering if it will bring the expected results we hope for. The best way to dispel doubts is through education—understanding what the ACC token truly is and what role it plays within the ECAT eCommerce infrastructure. Is the ACC token destined for success? Lack of knowledge leads to panic, which is evident on the ACC token chart on PancakeSwap, where someone occasionally sells large amounts of the token for little money, causing drops of up to 50%.
This shows how little a person knows about the project. Of course, there is another side to the coin; maybe that money is essential for their living, but will those 100 dollars really change their situation? I think not.
In one of the groups, an interesting material recorded by Grzegorz Ciupka, CEO of the ECAT eCommerce project, appeared. Below is a transcript of his speech, and I strongly encourage you to read it. Remember, knowledge is everything—those who have knowledge have an advantage over those who do not. Enjoy reading and have a pleasant experience.
How is the implementation of the token on the exchange carried out?
I look at various projects. I see the ACC token and am full of admiration for this token. Why? Because I’m involved in this not only from the position of the ACC token, I have several years of experience. I have seen different projects, different tokens, different talks with exchanges and DEXs. I know, for example, from my experience working with BitBay when we were introducing a token. It wasn’t yet implemented, but even then, I knew that three hundred had to be on the table. Apart from the costs of implementing this token on the exchange, there must also be money put on the table and prepared for animation.
Animation means artificially pretending to trade so that other investors see that the token is used in the system. It’s like fooling everyone around that the token is being used. People either catch it or don’t. When the funds for animation run out and the possibility of continuing this animation ends, then it’s the moment of truth. Either the token goes up, or it doesn’t. Either it starts and gains interest and recognition among investors, or it doesn’t.
Many projects on the market are empty shells.
Now, I realized, after all, looking at what is happening. Even when I check these projects today, prices have fallen two or three times. I’m not talking about our token, but about various tokens that were loudly announced by cryptocurrency experts. Prices have gone down, holders aren’t changing, aren’t increasing. We still rely around our own, meaning only those who know the project. The message goes hand in hand, and the foreign market doesn’t catch it. And I ask why.
Because the investor today is a smart person. They got burned many times on various projects and don’t want to participate in something driven only by hype, strong messages, etc. Today, investors are looking for tokens with proper fundamentals. The idea is for the token to stand out based on these fundamentals, i.e., proper implementation in the system, which takes some time.
Tokens need a good history for investors to appreciate them.
Tokens won’t give us any testimony or strong image without a long history, even many months of use. Only when it is seen that the company consistently uses this token, can it be acknowledged that it was implemented with a specific purpose. It’s not about price growth but about building the company based on its usefulness, without which it would be challenging to create, for example, a specific development branch of this company.
Aderlo Cashback Coin is used in a loyalty program in the ECAT eCommerce ecosystem.
In the case of Aderlo Cashback Coin, we are dealing with a loyalty program that, in my opinion, is the best-implemented one in the world. I don’t say this lightly because if a loyalty program is integrated into the entire ecosystem, it has a significant advantage over loyalty programs that are separate from this business model. In the case of Aderlo Cashback Coin, the loyalty program is an integral part of the business, not just an add-on, making it exceptionally effective and sensible.
Many loyalty programs often operate as separate units, where the loyalty program itself is a separate business model without real benefits for the companies implementing them, and that’s not any business. It’s just a shell that seems like it can be implemented into various businesses that, in reality, have no real interest in any implementations without tangible benefits for themselves. Companies see them as just additional costs instead of real benefits. They see that they have to contribute to them, and they also know that this program is not theirs.
At this point, a storm arises because such a loyalty program is short-lived. Large companies that dealt exclusively with loyalty programs today have problems or have to constantly acquire new customers because they do not offer enough value to retain old customers. If they have regular customers, they often try to sell in such a way as not to use the loyalty program. Do you understand what I mean?
At this moment, I can confidently say that Aderlo Cashback Coin is an incredibly strong token. The fact that this is not visible today on the charts is due to experts looking only at the price because that’s all they know. They don’t see the cycles where the token’s real use occurs at the current volume. As the volume grows and the token’s usage increases, its strength will also rise. Although current volumes are low, the token is already well utilized. As the number of transactions and usage increases, its value will grow phenomenally.
The utility of the token raises interest in it.
At this moment, observing this token, others see that the company actually buys and uses it. They then say that this is a token worth investing in. When we announce that one functionality will be released in three months and another in six months, the interest in investing in the token will be even greater.
Currently, we cannot guarantee that these deadlines will be met. Today, we know the direction we are heading, what we are building, what we want to achieve and implement, but at the current stage of business development, it’s impossible to plan exactly when a specific functionality will be ready. That will be possible later when the foundations we are building today are ready and fully functional.
There are many variables in business at the level of such a small business with such big aspirations and a vast ecosystem to create, so listen, there are many factors that just fail. Ones we didn’t foresee, and we have to make adjustments in running this business right now, but that will change.
We will implement all elements of our business step by step.
One thing is certain—no element of this business will remain unimplemented. All will be realized, and we are implementing them step by step, carefully showing progress since 2018 when we registered the Aderlo domain. Even then, we thought about which direction the world would go and how e-commerce would develop. That’s when the virtual shopping mall project was born.
The fact that it doesn’t exist today doesn’t mean that there won’t be a virtual shopping mall. The fact that the marketplace hasn’t started yet and you can’t shop on it doesn’t mean there won’t be a marketplace. We just learned three ways not to implement this marketplace because they weren’t effective. But how do we know that the fourth way won’t be the one that finally works?
We are persistent and consistent in our actions.
If we listened to people who say something won’t work, that we haven’t or won’t achieve something, we would never do anything. If people gave up, we wouldn’t have light bulbs in our homes. Thomas Edison needed about 10,000 attempts before his light bulb worked. Along the way, he learned which materials weren’t suitable for the filament in the bulb. And imagine how many times a person would have to stumble and fall if they weren’t persistent and didn’t believe in what they were creating.
If Rafał Brzoska wasn’t persistent, he wouldn’t have flown 110 times to London to get more funding for his company. 110 times! Can you imagine how many people would give up after a few failed attempts? But it’s perseverance and belief in what you do that leads to success.
How many times do you think Walt Disney visited banks and spoke to their top representatives to get funding for his then considered silly and stupid idea of showing cartoons before movies in theaters? Everyone thought it was an absurd idea. And now look at what’s happening. Walt Disney received 3,000 rejections from banks, yet he became an icon recognized worldwide.
He created so many cartoons that as a child, I sat and watched them in awe of how wonderful those cartoons were. In gray Poland, where little was happening, everything exciting came from the United States.
Business is for people with vision and an idea they want to implement.
Look, running business projects and generally businesses is not easy and not for everyone. But we, who don’t have our own business development idea, can join an already operating and developing venture with great aspirations. Of course, any investments we make should be within reason. We must remember that there is a risk of losing all capital if something goes wrong. That’s how investments work, and we must accept this without resentment or blame.
Attempts are made all the time and will continue. People who know us know that we diligently implement our assumptions because we have a clear goal. We know what we want to achieve, and we are sure we will achieve it, although it may take time. We don’t know how much time it takes for the individual elements of implementing and realizing this project to be completed. That’s what it’s all about. Many people who have no idea how to create a business often don’t understand this.
The book "The Burden of Victory" describes all aspects of business.
By the way, in my book “The Burden of Victory,” I describe almost all aspects of running a business step by step. That’s why such a title—”The Burden of Victory.” In these chapters, I discuss many issues, but the most important aspect is in the last chapter of the book. Basically, one could say that the previous 11 chapters have no meaning if the 12th chapter is not properly assimilated and processed by the entrepreneur.
The first 11 chapters describe how to deal with various experiences that entrepreneurs encounter and how to proceed in specific situations. It’s a very practical book, but without the 12th chapter, many entrepreneurs building their businesses forget the key elements that govern today’s world and don’t know how to deal with certain situations.
ECAT eCommerce and Aderlo Marketplace are destined for success.
ECAT eCommerce and Aderlo are mega projects destined for enormous success. If I didn’t believe in it, I wouldn’t invest in them. Thanks to the mechanisms and leverage used in these businesses, we can achieve a position much larger than DINO today. We do what DINO does, only in the online world, which is much faster in scaling and development.
DINO has to build physical locations, which is time-consuming and costly. Their turnovers from 2,000 stores amount to about 300,000 PLN per month per location. Online, we can scale the business much faster, connect stores and operators more quickly. The vision of having 10,000 stores operating within 5 years is realistic, especially considering that, for example, Shoper acquires 13,000 stores annually. With such assumptions, achieving the goal of 10,000 stores in 5 years is entirely feasible.
We have underestimated the possibilities of acquiring operators by at least 5 times. Now imagine that the turnover generated in e-commerce is at the level of 40,000-100,000 PLN on average per online store, considering the valuation of the e-commerce market. At this point, saying that 11,000 or 16,000 PLN per online store per month is understated results is realistic to achieve 2 billion PLN annual revenue in one country.
Look at the power and business we are growing. When everyone looks at this soberly and gives it a chance, even if we stumble or overshoot something, we will still achieve enormous success. If we aim low, replicating what already exists on the market, and there is a chance for 10 million PLN, we might only end up with hundreds of thousands. If we aim for billions, even if we end up with hundreds of millions, everyone will be very satisfied. Do you understand what I mean?
I wish everyone a pleasant Sunday. Stay warm and best regards.
