This is already the 4th article on our plans for the coming weeks and months, which we have set ourselves to implement. We know very well that they are very ambitious, and we also know that we will realize them. Everyone probably knows the popular statement of Grzegorz Ciupek, who, when faced with the accusation that you won’t be able to do this or that, responds to these accusations with – ‘Well then, watch, watch as we do it.‘ Today we will take a closer look at the next implementations and integrations in our ecosystem.
These articles are meant to show, at least that’s the plan, to show that what we assume, we do, despite certain stumbles, shortcomings, and slips, which are normal in business, we strive to successively introduce new integrations and implementations into our ECAT eCommerce ecosystem. In the last article: ‘Plans for expansion into foreign markets. P#3/5′ we mentioned our plans related to sales in foreign markets. We mentioned that we are practically ready to take action, to fully utilize our potential in the Czech and UK markets, and indirectly in the Slovak and Hungarian markets, while preparing for the US market and other markets.
Today we will deal with the issue of artificial intelligence, negotiating contracts with wholesalers, and integrating various engines on which online stores operate today. At the moment we have integrated engines based on WordPress and Magento. So let’s start.
Negotiating cooperation terms with wholesalers.
You ask us whether we negotiate better prices and cooperation terms with wholesalers, because if a thousand operators are to be added every month, then sales should skyrocket, right?
– Of course. That’s our key task. These terms will definitely be constantly negotiated with wholesalers, and the main thing that we will be constantly working on in Manager 3.0 is full automation of cooperation with these wholesalers.
On one hand, we aim to improve the processes of order fulfillment, monitoring, and enforcing certain things, but also, on the other hand, we want to automate as many integrative processes with wholesalers as possible, using the technology we have already implemented in Manager 3.0. The lack of appropriate technology until now has not allowed us to go further, to a higher level. Currently, we can successively improve the terms of our cooperation with wholesalers according to our business assumptions.
Artificial intelligence supports Manager 3.0.
Artificial intelligence, the famous AI, is entering our lives, one might say, in a flash. At the moment, it is already used in many areas of our daily lives, which the vast majority of people are not aware of. We too, wanting to make life easier for ourselves and our partners, have implemented artificial intelligence (AI) into our Manager 3.0.
The application of AI focuses on the advanced use of artificial intelligence to improve the quality of product names and descriptions, save time, improve product visibility in search engines, and increase sales efficiency. This functionality is already built into our Manager, and soon it will be available to all users throughout the system.
Using artificial intelligence (AI) to generate product names and descriptions.
An interesting issue is the use of artificial intelligence to generate product names and descriptions. This advanced and innovative technological solution will help us solve problems typical for e-commerce, such as creating attractive product names and descriptions for the customer and SEO-friendly descriptions.
Individual creation of unique content.
You will be able to set a certain number of characters in the title. You will be able to set appropriate parameters, use the right attributes to generate descriptions. In a moment, we have a description generated by AI, and we do not have to think about what should be in this description. At the moment, descriptions are generated individually for each product, but we plan, and we want to do so, that product descriptions are made en masse.
If AI does not generate descriptions that satisfy you, you can correct and improve them. After all, it’s about having a unique name of a certain length, which you can set, all the way to a unique description that will make this product stand out.
Individual customization of descriptions for each store.
Thanks to AI, you will be able to ensure that each of your stores has individual and unique descriptions, even if you put the same products in different stores. This is quite an important element for SEO. At the moment, the same product in many stores has the same description, and it is additionally very poor. There will also be a system built that will allow us to return faster to the product card, to the product that was previously there.
Application of AI in product translations.
AI will also allow us to translate products from a given market. Suppose you sell products based on Polish manufacturers and you have titles and descriptions of these products in Polish. AI will do the language change to German for you, and you will be able to open an online store in German based on the Polish market and offer products from Poland to Germany and neighboring countries.
And vice versa, if you have the Czech market, then based on Czech manufacturers and wholesalers, as there are Czech descriptions, titles. After translation by AI into your chosen language, you will be able to offer Czech products for sale in foreign markets, throughout Europe.
Striving to provide the best tools for users.
These tools offered by us, will not only make work easier for sellers but also increase the value and attractiveness of their offers in the eyes of customers. Artificial intelligence used in Manager 3.0 generates the product name and description. There will be an opportunity to customize many elements to individual user preferences and different stores.
The individual approach to content creation is of great importance, especially in the context of SEO. We have a deep understanding of the specifics of the e-commerce market and the needs of both sellers and consumers. Magento is the most professional engine for online sales. The best companies have their stores on this engine, I mentioned them earlier. In Manager 3.0, integration has been made, so large businesses based on this engine can connect to our platform, to our e-commerce.
We keep saying that soon it will be possible to create large businesses with the ECAT eCommerce platform. And this is exactly what we have been working on for long, long months, to enable the connection of the Magento platform and engine. And soon you will see how online stores can make hundreds of thousands or even millions monthly, just connected to the e-commerce platform.
Memories of Grzegorz — his beginnings in online business.
In 2011, when I was learning to conduct sales on the Internet, my first platform is Magento. When I enter the internet, I want to do big numbers.
– Did I know about it? No.
– Did I have any programming knowledge? No.
– Did I know e-commerce? No.
– Could I install anything on servers? No.
So how could I do it myself? I learned. Three months I configured a dedicated server because it is a professional platform. I learned everything from A to Z. Finally, I installed that Magento.
After another month, I had the graphic layout. After another month, I had added 150 products. When I added these 150 products, I worked on descriptions, inventory statuses, manually updated these statuses. I had 150 products then and started selling.
Do you know what is the difference between WordPress and Magento? When Magento enters the internet, it says, move aside all stores, because I am driving. And at that moment, positioning, SEO, everything works, there, you can feel the pulse.
Building a store based on Magento is an expensive matter, if someone wants to make such a store, the prices start from tens to dozens, or even hundreds of thousands of zlotys, to organize everything into sales on Magento. Maybe even millions. I set up this store myself. Just like you create a store on Magento, you feel that a badass e-commerce has been created.
Connecting new platforms to Manager 3.0
We are also preparing the possibility of connecting other platforms, other engines, on which people build their selling stores. We plan to connect, to integrate PrestaShop, or some external platforms like Shopify Global, or platforms based on SAAS.

Let’s make a brief summary of our integrations and implementations, as well as the upcoming innovations in Manager 3.0 and our company, ECAT eCommerce. We are doing all this to ensure that you understand the direction our joint business is heading. We realize that an important element is the negotiation of contracts with wholesalers to improve the terms of cooperation with us. This will be done progressively. The larger the turnover we generate, the easier it will be for us to negotiate.

We have enabled large businesses, which typically have their stores based on a powerful e-commerce engine like Magento, to connect to our platform. This integration is in place and connections can now be made. We plan further integrations with other engines that many online stores operate on.
