When will the new product management tab be released in Manager 3.0? The plan is to release the new product management tab by the end of this month. Will it happen? We hope so, but it all depends on the IT department, which is working intensively on many implementations simultaneously, such as a new engine for the Aderlo marketplace and the Village Market, as well as other things you can read about in the article Updates and Changes in Week 20 of 2024. Current Work on the Product Tab
When working on the product tab with Manager 3.0, users can efficiently manage large quantities of products in real-time. The process starts by loading a list of products, where you can work with 25 products on one screen and then open and manage up to 1000 products simultaneously.
After loading such a tab, users can select all products with one click, facilitating mass editing or uploading them to various sales platforms like Allegro or their online store. With the tab-switching feature, you can easily manage even 20,000 products, showcasing the powerful database and advanced system capabilities. The entire process is intuitive, allowing for quick actions crucial in the dynamic e-commerce world.
Our ElasticSearch System and Loading Speed
In the developer version, we have launched ElasticSearch in our system, which is a true “Ferrari” among search tools. In this version, we can perform the same operations as in the production version but much faster—it’s a real speed express. When everything works as expected, we will transfer these improvements to the working version. This allows us to process and manage large amounts of information with incredible speed, which is crucial for effective product management in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
For example, in the current developer version, the product manager can load, view, and manipulate a thousand products almost instantly. This enables not only quick data management but also dynamic implementation of changes and testing of various solutions in real-time. Such capabilities are invaluable when a quick response to market changes or customer needs is required.
In the production version on May 17, additional improvements to ElasticSearch in Manager were introduced. Since that day, the old product tab loads much faster. You no longer have to wait long to browse products.

That’s why we added more product information directly to the list, such as product type, categories, estimated delivery time, and estimated shipping time. This way, you will immediately know what, how, and why.
Improved Operational Efficiency: We want you to focus on what really matters—sales and business development. Automating many processes and introducing intelligent features will save you time and avoid errors. For example, you will now be able to quickly edit product titles and descriptions using AI, and easily manage large amounts of data with built-in ElasticSearch.
These changes are a response to your needs and aim to make your work more efficient and less stressful. Ultimately, it’s about making you more effective and giving you more time for other important matters.
New Product Tab Functionalities
In the new product management catalog in Manager 3.0, we have introduced many new features to make your life easier. Here’s what you will find:
In the new tab, you will find additional information about the product.
- You will now be able to see if the product is simple or variable.
- We have added information about the product’s dimensions and an option to report if it is oversized.
- You will also see information about the product category in XML and ECAT files.
- The exact trial shipment date and the product shipping date will be visible.
- We have included the Marketplace offer number and information about increased profit (amount and percentage) as well as decreased profit (percentage).
- You will see information about the Marketplace commission and whether the product belongs to a paid category.
- Information about the last product edit date and details about the estimated shipping and delivery times will also appear.
You can check if the product has been edited globally, in a specific marketplace, or in the store.
New selection options will appear.
- You can choose EAN or SKU for which data (price, quantity) will be displayed.
- We have added calculations for store price and estimated sales profit.
- You will have buttons for direct access to the offer on the marketplace or in the store.
- You can send products to the online store and vice versa (from the “Products added to marketplace” and “Products added to online store” tabs).
Editing and changing product parameters.
- You can now change titles and descriptions manually or with AI assistance.
- If you do not like the changes, you can easily revert to the default titles and descriptions.
- We have also added the ability to add, remove, and set product images and revert them to their default state.
- There will be an option to set a featured image.
Improved product parameters.
- You will be able to complete and edit product parameters.
- Display issues with overly long product names have been fixed.
- We have changed some element names to be more intuitive:
- “Store profit” to “Your estimated profit”,
- “CRON task status” to “Offer status”,
- “CRON task creation date” to “Trial shipment date”,
- “CRON task update date” to “Offer update date”,
- “Allowed to sell on Allegro” to “Allowed on” (simplified sales possibilities information).

Now you can use intelligent AI functions to assist in editing product titles and descriptions. AI can automatically suggest changes, and you can accept or adjust them as needed. You can also decide whether the changes apply to a specific store or globally across all your stores. This is a huge time saver and ensures your descriptions are always top-notch.
Price details tab
We have introduced a detailed tab where you can see exact calculations for each product. You will see what the taxes, margins, and other costs are, as well as the estimated profit. This way, you will know exactly how the product price is determined and how much you can earn from it. This will make it easier to manage prices and margins to maximize profits.
Creating product bundles
Soon you will be able to combine products into bundles. This is a great option if you want to sell products in packages, which can increase their attractiveness to customers. Product bundles can also help boost sales and optimize your offer.
Warehouse system update
In Manager 3.0, we have also introduced an important update regarding inventory management. This will allow you to more efficiently control the availability of your products.
Downloading current stock levels Now the system automatically downloads current stock levels of products and sends this information to all your stores, including Allegro accounts. This means you will always have up-to-date data on product availability without having to manually check and update it.
Quick response to orders With this feature, you can update stock levels immediately after a customer places an order. Even if the order has not yet been formally placed with the supplier, the system will continuously update the data, helping you avoid situations where you sell products that you do not actually have in stock.
Staying ahead of wholesaler actions Our integration system allows independent updating of stock levels, even ahead of wholesaler actions. This way, you can react faster to changes and better manage your assortment. Even if the wholesaler has not yet updated the XML file, your store will still have the latest product availability information.
