The official launch of Manager 3.0 in its production version will take place on February 19, 2024, at 18:00.

The user transfer process.
From February 10, we will start the process of transferring users from Manager 2 to Manager 3 so that by February 19 we will completely shut down Manager 2 and in the evening officially release the stable version for new users.
Beta version access will be maintained.
All current users who have accessed the Beta version will retain this access. Every user of Manager 3.0 Beta will have access to new features a month in advance, before we release new functions to the main version. This is how the implementation process of new features will take place. Login and data will be merged, so there is no need for other accounts.
Moving Manager 3.0 beta to the main domain.
With the release of the official version of Manager 3.0 and replacing the Beta registration links on the ec-at.com homepage, Aderlo in its production version will be available. Soon we will replace the links to the Beta version, so everyone can already operate on version 3.0.
What to know about operating in Manager 3.0.
Choosing a form of cooperation with ECAT eCommerce.
In Manager 3.0, we focused on full transparency and clear settlements with operators, so that everyone knows what, how, and why. Mainly in our full dropshipping, there are two cooperation models.
In the first model, ECAT eCommerce handles everything from A to Z regarding orders and settlements, where no one even has to pay for any order. In the second model, the shop operator is treated as an external store, then the operator pays for each order.
Depending on the chosen cooperation model, such settlements appear. Often people who operate on Marketplaces receive invoices from Allegro only after a month, then they wonder about the origin of the settlements.
Cost control in running a business in Manager 3.0.
Cooperating with ECAT eCommerce, you see with each transaction what the likely commission will be charged by Allegro next month. Practically from the second day of cooperation, you see whether the business is profitable for you or not.
You will continuously see the marketing costs you will have to bear, running your own online store, or listing products on Marketplaces like Allegro. You are then able to make adjustments to your pricing policy, for example, increase the margin or perform other actions to maximize the effects of the cooperation.
Creating unique offers with title and product description.
To create a unique offer, you need to sit and think about unique titles, unique descriptions. In ECAT eCommerce Manager, you will have AI and all this technology at your disposal, allowing you to create a unique, unparalleled offer for each store separately. Going global with sales.
We have developed technology that allows every operator to go global with sales, regardless of whether they cooperate with Polish, French, Spanish manufacturers, it doesn’t matter. They will be able to open their store in Poland, Spain, the Czech Republic, in every country we implement into the ECAT eCommerce system.
Using Artificial Intelligence (AI), running a store in Poland, based on Polish manufacturers and wholesalers, you can translate the names and descriptions of these products into Czech and sell them in the Czech Republic.
Until now, there was no such possibility of translating products into Czech or German. But now, every online store will be equipped with AI technology, which allows every operator to launch a professional translation of the product offer and the entire store with a single button, and immediately on the first day, enter the German market. A new customer communication system.
One of the key aspects we focus on at ECAT eCommerce is the customer communication system. We realize that for many operators running their own online stores, proper communication with customers is a significant challenge. Lack of adequate skills in this area often leads to entrepreneurs giving up on continuing their business in the dropshipping system.
We decided to introduce new solutions that allow the operator to assess that this contact from ECAT eCommerce on behalf of the store operator is of a very high standard.
With the increase in the number of customers, we will introduce AI technology at a very high level. LLM, or so-called Large Language Model of machine learning, where the entire AI has access to the entire database and is able to precisely determine as artificial intelligence and respond very quickly, like a human. For example, we set that the customer should be automatically answered within 5 minutes. LLM, based on the powerful database we have, can respond very efficiently on behalf of the operator to every customer.
Shop management
Now managing shops will be much easier. We have a completely revamped layout for managing shops. We will now see a tile layout of the online store in Manager, completely different from what we knew from Manager 2.0. This is also something we worked hard on. There is already information and promotion of the safe shopping zone, which comes in a new version, with two options to choose from.
A different system of product views.
A completely different system of product views, product cards, managing these products, faster loading of the number of products available. All this will still be optimized, as new functions are added, it all requires new optimization, the entire code, to adapt to the functions, so that everything loads even faster.
Currently, you can work with 1000 products. In Manager 2.0, you could load a maximum of 500 products and it took a long time to load the entire product card. Here I have 1000 products and they load much faster, including information about the products. Increasing product limits is also a significant improvement, far surpassing in functionality what we knew in Manager 2.0.
Multistore Package.
Multistore is an option we are launching. This is a free package option, where everyone can set up one store in the system and have it connected for life and use 1000 products completely free of charge. We also wanted to build an ecosystem and give people the opportunity to earn money from the very beginning. This option gives every operator the opportunity to start without investment.
We know that if our idea and our business building concept are liked, and that person starts earning in the basic version — for free, then eventually they will make the only right decision and buy an extension, thereby gaining access to more stores and products. They will then operate at a much higher level, being sure that they will earn their money, as they already have good results using the free version.
